In 2004 Karla & Elmer, brother & sister decided to plan out a road on becoming small business owners.  We created Jules Cleaning Services, LLC.  A hard working Commercial Janitorial and Residential Cleaning Company that has our customers in mind. 

Karla holds a business degree from California State University, Northridge.
Elmer is a graduate from University of California, San Diego.  We are both college educated and know how to run a successful business.  Jules Cleaning is more than just another cleaning service provider.  It is our goal to partner up with our clients to ensure their properties are maintained to their standards.  Our janitorial staff and cleaning maids, will work hard and diligently to ensure our customers satisfaction. 

For years our family has been cleaning offices & homes in Southern California. Maria Portillo, The Boss & Mom!  has more than 25 years of cleaning experience in both Commercial & Residential Services.

With her guidance and expertise, Karla & Elmer venture into forming Jules Cleaning Services, LLC.

Jules now operates in these major cities, Los Angels, Orange County & Phoenix, Camarillo, and Sacramento.  Offering residential & commercial cleaning
services to a variety on customers.
